This 10-day course is designed to support those actively looking for work to develop their skills and confidence in how to secure their dream job. This course is delivered online by one our experienced employability trainers, combining group training sessions and 1-2-1 coaching to enhance your know how in the following key areas:

  • Action planning for self-improvement and success. Identifying next steps and options to enhance your career.
  • Digital Job seeking- how to find jobs and courses online and apply for them.
  • Creating an effective CV, cover letter and personal profile to help your application stand out.
  • Preparing for interviews. How to make a good impression and sell your skills and experience. **Learners will also be given the opportunity to undertake a mock interview.

 

 

  • These courses will be free of charge for learners aged 19 and over (as at 31st August 2020) in receipt of certain benefits or employed learners earning less than £17,004.00 annual gross salary.
